✦ Ordering and sizing
Review the product description, colour, size and quantity before placing your order. Use our blouse and kids lehenga size guides and contact us if you need sizing assistance. For custom garments, provide the requested measurements and confirm your requirements with us. Enter an accurate email address and delivery address so we can contact you and arrange shipment.
✦ Prices and payment
Review the currency, item prices, shipping service and total shown at checkout before paying. We offer PayPal and debit/credit card payments through PayPal. Bank wire, money transfer and cash on delivery are not currently offered. Keep your order confirmation and payment reference for your records.
✦ Processing and delivery
Orders normally take 1–3 working days to process. Custom blouses or made-to-order kids lehengas may require at least 5 business days; we will communicate the scheduled dispatch date. Available shipping services, country rates and delivery estimates are listed on our Shipping Info page. Priority is available only for the USA and UK; Express is available only for the listed countries. We currently do not ship to Ukraine, Iceland, Iran or Iraq.
✦ Customs and import charges
Tradition India pays customs duties and import charges for every country we ship to. Customers do not have to pay customs or import charges when receiving their goods. If a carrier or customs office requests payment, contact us with the notice and order number before paying, so we can arrange payment.
✦ Free returns and fitting support
We offer no-questions-asked free returns within 30 days from delivery. Contact us to arrange your return. The return address is the store address above. If the fit is not right, we will discuss a replacement with you. If you agree, we will send the replacement; otherwise we will issue a full refund.
✦ Lost or damaged items and refunds
If an item is lost or arrives damaged, we offer a full refund. Contact us with the order details so we can resolve the issue. We issue approved refunds within 24–48 hours after approval worldwide. This is our refund initiation time; the time for funds to appear in your PayPal or card account can differ.
