If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise needs attention, contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us understand what happened.
Before sending anything back
Contact us to arrange your free return. Our return address is: Tradition India, D 55/190-N, Aurangabad, Varanasi 221010, Uttar Pradesh, India. Keep the item, packaging and proof of purchase available while the request is reviewed.
Choosing the right size
Before ordering, compare your measurements with the specific product’s size information. A size label alone may not describe every garment’s fit. Ask about any uncertainty before selecting a size.
Free returns within 30 days
We offer a no-questions-asked return policy with free returns for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Contact us at info@traditionindia.com with your order number so we can arrange the return.
Lost or damaged items
If your item is lost or arrives damaged, we offer a full refund. Please contact us with your order details so we can help resolve the issue.
If the fit is not right
We will discuss the fit with you and offer a replacement. If you agree, we will send the replacement; if you prefer not to accept it, we will issue a full refund.
Refund timing
For orders to every country we ship to, we issue approved refunds within 24–48 hours after approval.
This is the time we initiate the refund. The time for the funds to appear in your PayPal or card account can differ.
